Privacy and cookies

This page describes how the Exporlio website uses your submitted information and browser storage. Exporlio is the product and brand name.

Demo and pilot requests

When you request a demo or pilot, we receive the contact, company and sales-process details you submit, along with supported campaign information if present. We use them to review your request and contact you about a demo or pilot. The request does not create an account, provide immediate product access or subscribe you to a general newsletter.

Necessary cookies

Session cookies support secure sign-in, form state and continuity between requests. The XSRF-TOKEN helps protect forms against forged requests. These necessary functions operate whether you accept or reject optional tools. Choosing “Keep me signed in” enables longer sign-in continuity. Security infrastructure may also use cookies to protect the website. Clearing necessary cookies can sign you out.

Optional analytics and advertising

Optional tools remain off until you accept them. When a Google Tag Manager container is configured, accepting optional tools allows it to load the analytics or advertising tags configured for this website. Rejecting optional tools keeps that container from loading. This choice does not prevent you from reading the website or submitting a demo request.

Reviewing your choice

Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage and is not linked to an account record. You can review it using “Cookie choices” in the website footer. Rejecting after accepting reloads the page if the tag container has already loaded, so optional tools remain off on the reloaded page. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may require a new choice.

Account and company information

If you later join an Exporlio workspace, account and company information supports access to the service and its security. A demo request and a workspace account are separate steps. Do not include sensitive customer records in a demo enquiry; an anonymized example is enough to explain your process.
