The connected sale

Follow one export sale in about a minute.

Three Toyota Hiace, a Senegal buyer and one connected sale — from enquiry to a confirmed Won outcome.

Read the walkthrough

See buyer activity on the dashboard. Open the Senegal enquiry with three Toyota Hiace. Review destination defaults and an eligible Antwerp–Dakar rate. Open the finalized proforma and its Buyer Offer. The buyer requests a price change. Compare Rev. 2 with the preserved Rev. 1. The buyer accepts; the seller confirms the sale and stock disposition. Review the Won sale and its Export Pack, then finish with Management Reporting: outcomes, previous-period comparisons and the current pipeline. Request a demo. Built around the exporter’s sale

Your stock and export terms belong in the sales workflow.

A generic CRM starts with contacts and deals. You still have to connect stock sheets, destination terms, freight and document templates. Exporlio starts with the buyer’s enquiry and the vehicles or equipment you can actually offer.

Buyer Need, real Stock, Offer / Proforma, follow-up and export documents share the same commercial record.

Buyer + real stock

Three Hiace. One conversation.

A Senegal buyer asks for three Toyota Hiace. Link the distinct stock records to one enquiry, with the responsible person, stage and next action in view.

References, specifications, photos and availability stay close to the discussion.

Inventory-aware sales

Find relevant stock while the buyer’s request is still in view.

Smart Stock surfaces real vehicles and equipment from the enquiry or saved Buyer Need. Review model and specification differences, comparable-currency budget fit, availability and reservation conflicts before choosing what to offer.

Suggestions support your decision. You select the units and verify requirements; stock is never promised to a buyer by a suggestion.

Offers and proformas

Create offers and proformas without starting over.

Set destination and port, currency, freight, Incoterm, payment terms and validity. Add line items and stock references where relevant.

Share a secure, branded Buyer Offer link for the exact finalized revision. On a phone or desktop, the buyer can read the offer, download its PDF, ask a question, request changes or respond with acceptance. No buyer account required.

Rev. 1 → change request → Rev. 2

Negotiate without rewriting history.

The buyer requests a revised price. You create Rev. 2, compare the changes and finalize the new terms. Rev. 1 and its commercial history remain available.

A view is a useful signal. Acceptance asks you to confirm the sale; it does not mark the enquiry Won or sell stock.

Follow-up and priorities

Know what needs your decision next.

Start with new enquiries, replies waiting, overdue follow-ups and offers awaiting response. Keep an owner and a next action on each deal, then review buyer questions, changes and acceptance in the same workspace.

  • New enquiries & replies

See requests to pick up and buyer replies waiting for an answer.

  • Overdue, today & upcoming

Give each follow-up an owner and a date. Reschedule or complete it with the next action.

  • Offers & decisions

Review offers awaiting response, change requests and acceptance needing sale confirmation.

Communication and AI assistance

Understand the request faster. Prepare a better-informed reply.

Keep relevant email and configured WhatsApp exchanges around the enquiry. AI assistance, when configured, draws on the buyer conversation, saved Buyer Need, Stock and commercial context to help review requirements, understand the deal and prepare replies or negotiation reviews.

Recorded facts and AI interpretation remain distinct. You review the suggestions, approve saved requirements and decide what to send or change.

Enquiry email
After setup and validation, receive and reply to enquiry emails from the commercial record and send finalized documents. This is not full mailbox sync. Provider acceptance does not mean the buyer has read the message.
Configured WhatsApp
Configured WhatsApp workflows can connect messages and commercial activity to enquiries. Availability is confirmed during private-pilot setup. Exporlio is not a full WhatsApp inbox.

Destination + proposal

Your Antwerp–Dakar rate, ready to review.

Reuse your company’s destination defaults, then review the ports, route, shipping mode, currency and validity of a saved Freight Rate. Apply an eligible rate explicitly to the Offer or Proforma.

Your company’s rates, not live carrier prices or transport booking.

Sale confirmed

Keep the agreed sale and export paperwork connected.

For an eligible Won sale with an agreed Offer or Proforma, prepare a Commercial Invoice and Packing List in the export dossier. The Export Pack brings together finalized sale documents, the Equipment List and qualifying Specification Sheets.

Your team reviews and finalizes the documents. Customs filing and transport booking remain with your established providers.

Questions exporters ask

Check the fit before starting.

Is this another CRM?

Exporlio centres on the export sale: enquiry, customer, vehicle or equipment, offer/proforma and follow-up. Use the demo to compare that workflow with your current tools.

Does the buyer need an account?

No. A secure Buyer Offer link opens the exact revision on mobile or desktop. The buyer can ask a question, request changes or accept. You remain responsible for confirming the sale.

Does it integrate WhatsApp?

Configured WhatsApp workflows can connect messages and commercial activity to enquiries. Availability is confirmed during private-pilot setup. Exporlio is not a full WhatsApp inbox.

Can I import Excel and stock?

Save customer and serialized stock spreadsheets as CSV, map the columns and review the preview. For Parts & Consumables, use the catalogue CSV template and preview; record quantities separately through inventory movements. Native Excel workbook import and automatic spreadsheet synchronization are not included.

Can I create French and English proformas?

Yes. Choose the PDF language independently of the interface and apply your document branding. Your descriptions and terms are not automatically translated.

Can I receive enquiries and email offers?

Yes, after setup. Connect a website backend or email receiving address, reply from the enquiry, and email finalized PDFs. Confirm forwarding and reply threading during onboarding.

Can my team manage several companies?

Yes. Each member has a separate account and role; a user can switch between companies they belong to. Company data stays separate.

Can I export my information if I leave?

Authorized users can export customers, enquiries, serialized stock and Parts & Consumables as CSV, including supported filtered results, and download finalized PDFs. A complete self-service export of conversations and all account data is not implemented; agree any additional handover before the pilot.

Does this replace accounting or arrange shipping?

No. Record freight, destination, Incoterm and payment terms on commercial documents. Keep accounting, carrier booking and customs work in your existing processes.

What happens after I request a demo?

We review your company’s needs and contact you about a demo or pilot fit. Submitting the form creates no account, guarantees no selection and starts no subscription.

Bring one real enquiry to the demo.

Walk through your stock, your export terms and your next follow-up. Then decide whether a guided pilot fits your team.
